We’re often asked; What’s the best time of day to drink my Macro Greens and Miracle Reds?

There’s no magic time here as to when you should drink your greens. My rule of thumb is to do it when you’re the most consistent. Start your day off right, by drinking a glass of Macro Greens first thing in the morning before breakfast, it will rehydrate your liver, balance blood sugar and energize you. For me, it’s a big glass of greens when I get to the office. I mix 1oz apple juice, a heaping scoop of greens/stir, add 10oz water plus a couple ice cubes and sip away. Provides me with mental clarity and helps me focus.
