Yogurt Bark

Ingredients:
- 3 1/2 cups vanilla yogurt (set 1 cup aside)
- 1 1/2 cup diced blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries (set 1 cup aside)
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 scoops Macro Berri Reds
- 2 cups granola
- 1/4 cup honey
Directions:
- Line a baking sheet with wax paper and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 1/2 cup yogurt and 1 1/2 cup berries.
- Add granola to the mixture. Spread yogurt mixture evenly over the previously prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix 1 cup yogurt, lemon and two scoops of Macro Berri Reds. Mix well. Swirl over yogurt on a baking sheet.
- Garnish with honey and 1 cup berries
- Freeze for 2 to 3 hours, or until firm.
- Cut into pieces, serve, and enjoy!
