Triple Chocolate Molten Lava Baked Oats
Ingredients:
These baked oats are the perfect healthy breakfast, snack, or dessert. They’re loaded with protein, super filling, and so tasty!
Chocolate Baked Oats Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup oats or oats flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 TBS cocoa powder
- 3 TBS MacroLife Naturals Vegan Chocolate MacroMeal
- 1 flax or regular egg
- 2/3 cup water or nut milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Chocolate square (optional)
Chocolate Sauce Ingredients:
- 1 TBS MacroLife Naturals Vegan Chocolate MacroMeal
- 2 TBS cocoa powder
- 2-3 TBS water
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and spray a ramekin with cooking spray.
- While the oven preheats, add all of the baked oats ingredients to a small blender and blend batter until smooth. If using oat flour, simply mix the ingredients together in a mixing bowl, no need to blend.
- Pour the batter into the greased ramekin. Add a chocolate square to the middle of the batter for the chocolate lava (optional).
- Bake the oats for 30 minutes.
- While the oats are baking, mix together the chocolate sauce. Start with 1 TBS water/milk and add more if needed.
- Once the oats are done baking, top them with the chocolate sauce and dig in!
