Dairy Free Chocolate Protein Pancakes ~ made 2 ways


1 cup whole wheat flour
1 scoop MacroMeal chocolate or vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 1/4 cups cashew or almond milk, chocolate, plain, or vanilla
3 tbs honey
2 eggs or egg substitute

2 tbs coconut oil

Coconut oil for the skillet


Mix together the first six dry ingredients.

Add the remaining three wet ingredients and stir together until combined.

Place a bit of coconut oil into a skillet and pour about 1/3 cup of batter for each pancake.

Cook each pancake about 1-2 minutes on each side. Serve with fresh fruits like bananas or strawberries.
