Vegan Chocolate Donuts with Chocolate Superfood Glaze

Makes 9 donuts

Dry Ingredients:
½ cup sugar
1 ½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp sea salt
¼ cup cocoa powder
1 scoop MacroMeal Vegan Chocolate
1 cup all-purpose baking flour

Wet Ingredients:
½ cup chocolate almond milk
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
cup Coconut Oil, melted
1 chia egg (1 Tbsp chia seed and 3 Tbsps of water. Let sit for 10 minutes) or 1 egg

Glaze Ingredients:
1 ¼ cup powdered sugar
¼ cup chocolate almond milk
½ scoop MacroMeal Chocolate Superfood Protein

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a nonstick donut pan with coconut oil.
Mix together dry ingredients.
Then stir in wet ingredients
Place the batter into each cavity in a donut pan (fill 3/4 full) and tap the pan gently.
Bake for 15 minutes and let cool in pan 15 minutes before removing.
To make the glaze:
Whisk together glaze ingredients.
After donuts have cooled, frost each donut with the glaze.
Top with sprinkles if desired.
