Vegan Chocolate Donuts with Chocolate Superfood Glaze

Makes 9 donuts
Dry Ingredients:
• ½ cup sugar
• 1 ½ tsp baking powder
• ¼ tsp sea salt
• ¼ cup cocoa powder
• 1 scoop MacroMeal Vegan Chocolate
• 1 cup all-purpose baking flour
Wet Ingredients:
• ½ cup chocolate almond milk
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
• ⅓ cup Coconut Oil, melted
•1 chia egg (1 Tbsp chia seed and 3 Tbsps of water. Let sit for 10 minutes) or 1 egg
Glaze Ingredients:
• 1 ¼ cup powdered sugar
• ¼ cup chocolate almond milk
• ½ scoop MacroMeal Chocolate Superfood Protein
Directions:
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a nonstick donut pan with coconut oil.
• Mix together dry ingredients.
• Then stir in wet ingredients
• Place the batter into each cavity in a donut pan (fill 3/4 full) and tap the pan gently.
• Bake for 15 minutes and let cool in pan 15 minutes before removing.
To make the glaze:
• Whisk together glaze ingredients.
• After donuts have cooled, frost each donut with the glaze.
• Top with sprinkles if desired.
