Chocolate Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 scoop MacroMeal Vegan Chocolate or MacroMeal Vegan Vanilla
¼ cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
2 ¼ cups cashew or almond milk, chocolate, plain, or vanilla
3 tbs honey
2 eggs or egg substitute
2 tbs coconut oil
Coconut oil for the skillet

Directions:
1. Mix together the first six dry ingredients.
2. Add the remaining three wet ingredients and stir together until combined.
3. Place a bit of coconut oil into a skillet and pour about ⅓ cup of batter for each pancake.
4. Cook each pancake about 1-2 minutes on each side. Serve with fresh fruits like bananas or strawberries.
