Chocolate Banana Bread

Ingredients needed:
• ½ cup oil of choice (I used Safflower oil)
• 1 Egg
• 4 ripe bananas
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup Cassava flour
• ½ cup Macro Coco Greens
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• ½ teaspoon baking soda
• ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°. Line bread pan with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl mash bananas, add oil, egg and vanilla. Cream until well combined.
3. Add Macro Coco Greens and mix until well combined.
4. Add cassava flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt and mix well until well combined.
5. Bake for 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean. (you might need to bake longer all ovens are different).
No added sugar, less than 10 ingredients, kid loving, more than 3 fruit and veggie per serving.
